In general, every project can be roughly broken down into 6 stages. We offer services to help clients at every step of the process.

The design is developed in response to the site, the brief and the project requirements.

Architectural design, interior design, landscape design and master planning.

3.AUTHORITY

The proposal is coordinated and prepared for the relevant authority submissions and clearances.

Statutory submissions, technical coordination and compliance advice.

4.CONSTRUCTION

During construction, the design team monitors progress and administers the building contract.

Contract administration, site coordination and project management.

5.COMPLETION

The completed works are inspected and the necessary documents are coordinated for handover.

Completion inspection, handover coordination and close-out documentation.

6.DEFECTS

Outstanding defects are reviewed and followed through during the defects liability period.

Defects inspection, rectification review and final close-out.
